MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I’m Nikki, a certified Classical Pilates instructor and long-time yoga teacher, offering mindful movement practices that support every body — regardless of age, experience, or physical limitations.
I began my movement journey as a yoga teacher in 2014, specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa. In 2023, I became certified in classical Pilates and shifted my focus to the transformative, alignment-based - and deeply rewarding - power of Pilates.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with greater awareness — free of pain — in and out of your sessions.
My passion lies in form, alignment, and building deep stability from within.
With a background in yoga, and over nine years of teaching experience, I fill each session with education of the practice and my utmost dedication to helping you feel the best you can in your body. Move through your life with greater strength, stability, and intention as you explore exercises that suit your current needs and level.
